Terms of delivery

Exo Glamp Oy (business ID 3290260-7) sells to adult customers in Finland and Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and weight of the products and the shipping companies. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best from different carriers.


Ordering takes place via the online store by adding the products to the shopping cart and paying for them at the checkout. Klarna Checkout acts as the payment intermediary. You can choose an invoice, instalment, card and direct payment as payment methods. The order confirmation will automatically arrive in your email. Check that all the information in your order is correct.


The products are delivered via the shipping company you control (Posti, Matkahuolto, FedEx, UPS). Orders to be delivered as soon as possible after receiving the order. For wool in stock, the delivery time is about five business days. The delivery time of products ordered with late delivery (out of stock) will be announced separately. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please remember that not picking up the order is not cancellation of the order. For undelivered packages, we charge €20 for return costs and new delivery costs.


The products have a 14-day exchange and return right. The returned product must be unused. You check the use of the product, allowing for complaints. asks the customer to return the product he ordered, he pays the shipping costs himself. In the case of an exchange, the customer pays the postage costs of returning the product and Exo Glamp Oy the shipping costs of the new product once. We recommend the care instructions for this product. In the event of a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail sales@exoglamp.com. In the delivery, the product must be reported to the transport company. The products have a one (1) year product warranty.
